A Crawl Space Overhaul in French Lick, IN

During the 38 years that they have lived in their house, homeowners in French Lick, IN, have only ventured into the crawl space a couple of times. Solution
After eliminating the crawl space of standing water and debris, and regarding the dirt and gravel floor to level, the crew quickly got to work.
The next step is to eliminate any sources of flooding in their crawl space by installing a TripleSafe Sump Pump. Our TripleSafe Sump Pump comes equipped with three levels of protection: Cast-Iron Zoeller 1/3 primary pump and a 1/2 secondary pump.
While this pump will eliminate flooding water in this homeowners crawl space, moisture can still enter directly through the concrete and floor in the form of water vapor. This is why it's important to install a vapor barrier. By sealing the crawl space, you also keep away odors, pests/insects, and will increase your home value.
The last step was to extend their discharge line by 20 feet to direct water away from their foundation. We installed our LawnScape Outlet, which is a pipe buried from the downspout to a special LawnScape outlet that lets the water out onto the surface while camouflaging the end of the pipe.
