Boonville, IN Dry Basement Follow Ups

Basement Waterproofing over a Year Later:

Carolyn Y from Boonville, IN had the Healthy Spaces team out to waterproof her basement in early 2014 because her basement had been flooding during the Spring. Carolyn had struggled to keep her basement dry and had completed three different attempts to stop the flooding! She had extended her downspouts, regraded her yard, and had a new footing drain installed in the exterior rear of her home. None of it worked.

The entire system took four days to install. Dry Basement All the Time:

Waterguard is a drainage channel that directs water from the footer into a sump pump, so the water can be removed through a discharge line. Andrew was then able to check the system through the viewports and flush the system if needed. Just over a year later, Damon checked in to see how things were going at the home. Andrew reported, "We finished the basement and it's been wonderful! We used it a ton in the summer to escape the heat and it has made a great space for sleepovers, which my girls just love".
