Proactive Measures from Healthy Spaces Regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19)
Now more than ever, having a healthy and safe environment in your home is our top priority. The thing is, home repair issues don't simply go away because the world has been put on pause. And for that reason, Healthy Spaces is continuing to work since we are deemed an essential business, as one that addresses the structural health and safety of a home.
We're changing our 'new normal' and want to share with you the precautions we are taking along with recommendations provided by the CDC and Indiana & Kentucky local health departments in response to the pandemic, and the guidelines we will use, as we all navigate through the uncertainties of the next few weeks.
- We know how important it is to reduce exposure by washing your hands correctly and our entire team has been trained in accordance with OSHA’S Standards.
- Our Design Specialists, Production Crews, and Service Technicians have all been provided with extra hand soap and sanitizer for their trucks. As well as, wearing gloves and dust masks during the day, and disinfecting high-touch areas before they leave the job site at the end of the day. We’ve also asked them not to shake hands with our customers, but still with a smile!
- In the office, we’re working just as hard to ensure the safety of everyone. Our office will be cleaned throughout the day, with a focus on disinfecting high-touch areas.
- People who are feeling sick are asked to stay home and we’ll be monitoring this closely.
Because our people are the heart of our organization, and we understand the impact these actions can have in our community, we expect to have open and honest conversations to ensure health and safety are at the forefront of our work. Our purpose - to be your trusted leader in creating healthy homes – guides us in times like these, and we are thankful for your support.
