After a flood in their home, this homeowner discovered mold behind the drywall along with basement floor cracks. When it rained, the window wells would fill up with water and flow in causing damage. They finally decided to reach out for help and Design Specialist, Mike McAtee, came to their home to inspect it.
A WaterGuard system and TripleSafe were installed. These systems would ensure that any water in the basement would run straight to the new TripleSafe sump pump and then it would flow through discharge lines and be returned outside. For the windows, new SunHouse Window Wells installed. These enclosures feature a sturdy, clear cover that fits nicely and a bottom that prevents weed growth, keeps leaves, debris, and rain out.
SunHouse Window Enclosures
Now the homeowners won't have to worry about water entering through the windows because it is being protected by the new SunHouse Window Enclosures. It will also prevent weeds from growing, and dirt from settling into the window.

Easy Water Entry
This was an easy entry for water when it would rain. It would flood right into the basement through the window since there was nothing to stop it.
