The water intruding in Melissa and Terry's basement was a huge headache to them. They had a system installed 30 years ago, but the water had begun leaking in one corner of the basement. Melissa had grown up in this home and been there for 66 years, and Terry had been there for 47. Needless to say, this house was a home to them and they wanted to keep water out and keep the basement dry all the time.  To give these homeowners peace of mind and a dry basement, we sent out System Design Specialist, Tyler Wilke, to do a thorough inspection of their home and provide them with a same-day quote. They wanted to have the work done as soon as possible, so they signed the contract and the work began. A WaterGuard System was installed around the exterior of the basement that led to a new TripleSafe sump pump. The water that comes in the basement will be directed to this pump and the pump will then take it out through drainage lines. The homeowners didn't like the way their walls looked but weren't ready to totally finish their basement yet, so they went with BrightWall.  Melissa and Terry are thrilled with the results of their basement and look forward to finishing it in the near future.
