Photo Album: SupportWorks Redefine 2021 Conference

May 17th - May 19th, some of our team traveled to Omaha Nebraska to attend the SupportWorks Redefine 2021 Conference! We took 5 all together however, for the first time we were able to take 4 new employees who were all from different departments. Attendees this year: Kelsey Bullerdick (Marketing Director), Ryan Williams (Production Manager), Jon Tornatta (Brand Ambassador), Bryon Purkey (System Design Specialist), and Blake Gentry (Lead Foreman). From networking with other dealers, seeing the friends we've made throughout the years, and listening to incredible speakers - our team all walked away with a wealth of knowledge on how to better serve you! First Thing Is First - BRUNCH!

On Monday, the 17th, we had plenty of time to kill before our first night of conference kicked off so we went on an adventure downtown Omaha in search of a good brunch place. Our team ended up at Early Bird and let us tell you, it did not disappoint!

Second Stop, Touring SupportWorks

Our second stop was getting to tour the SupportWorks/Thrasher building.

It was an awesome experience for our team to see what's possible for us here at Healthy Spaces and we even got Dan Thrasher to join us on our tour through Thrasher!

After that, our Production Manager, Ryan, is a major baseball fan and insisted we all go see where the Rosenblatt Stadium used to be.

Bryon Imagining What A Game Looked Like

The College World Series used to be played at Rosenblatt Stadium before it was moved to the new TB Ameritrade Park downtown Omaha.

Opening General Session with Keynote Speaker, Jia Jiang

Monday night Jia Jiang was the keynote speaker for the opening general session! Jia Jiang is the owner of Rejection Therapy, which gives you knowledge on how people can overcome their fear of rejection. Keynote Speaker - Jason Dorsey: The Generations Expert

On the second day of the conference, our keynote speaker was Jason Dorsey. He educated us on how to attract, recruit, and retain employees of every generation. Kelsey and Jon were able to see him later in the day in one of the breakout sessions and they came back fired up from all the things he taught them. They both purchased his book before leaving Omaha!

Awards Dinner

Later Tuesday night, we had the awards dinner. We're missing Blake in this group photo right before dinner!

On the last day of conference: Jon needed some calming oxygen, Kelsey needed a mood lifter after dealing with the boys, and Ryan needed to get energized!
