Photo Album: Waterproofing a Basement in Owensville, IN
A family in Owensville, IN, wanted to waterproof the recently purchased basement. It was essential for their new home to feel complete and safe before they settled down completely. Fixing a small issue at hand, such as waterproofing a basement, before any big problem arises will ensure better outcomes for the home.
To ensure safety and peace, a small trench was constructed by the bottom sides of the walls for the WaterGuard to go in. The SuperSump Pump system is put in to control any water that enters the basement. CleanSpace is put on all four walls of the basement to stop water vapor and drain any leaks. On the outside of the house, the family wanted the IceGuard installed to solve any future problems with frozen discharge lines. Once the basement was waterproofed, there was no doubt that the basement felt like home!

After WaterGuard
After WaterGuard is put in, concrete is poured over and then smoothed.
