In Evansville, IN, a homeowner contacted Healthy Space for a free inspection. Upon inspection, the crawl space had water standing on the 6 mil liner. The humid air smelled like mold, and when the wooden beams were examined closer, mold spores were spread throughout. The homeowner was ready to get the ball rolling and cast their worries away!
Mold remediation was completed to remove and treat any mold that is and would be on organic surfaces. EZ Flow drainage was put in to increase void space which provides improved water flow rates up to 35 percent. Next, a drainage matting is laid on the ground to direct water to the SmartSump that is installed. Once the drainage matting is completed, CleanSpace is put on top to seal the space from the outside air. The crawl space was not only protected against the weather but looked stunning!

The Drainage matting stores extra water in the pocket sot prevent flooding underneath the CleanSPace while the SmartSump will then pump out the water that is stored.
