Travis Vaughn came today to perform our first annual checkup following our Healthy Spaces crawl space restoration/insulation last November, 2017. Travis was friendly, professional, informative, and efficient. We couldn't be happier with his service and professionalism. He also pointed out a potential future problem with our pressurized water line trap that, due to severe corrosion, could give way and cause water damage. We were unaware of this "time bomb" under our feet, and will bring our plumber in to address the problem soon. In addition to our total satisfaction with Travis Vaughn today, we have also enjoyed the benefits of warmer tile floors and energy savings following the Healthy Spaces crawl space renovation. It has been a pleasure to work with such a legitimate company and service team.
