They were more professional than men twice their age. Very mannerly. There was a little hiccup in the process where I didn't understand what they were doing, but Garrett stood there and explained it to me until I was 100% comfortable with the work that they were doing. I couldn't believe how well-mannered all of them were. They were very genuine and sincere making me feel confident throughout the whole process.
