The installation crew was great. Even when Richie was not onsite, the crew leaders - Dean and Charles? - always communicated with me to explain the current work process. They answered my technical questions as to why certain work needed to be performed in the proper manner. They were all very polite. Richie is awesome. I had a concern several months after the installation was completed and Richie addressed it by showing up on the same day. Damon did a great job of laying out our options during his sales visit.
