Lewisport, KY Foundation Repair

After purchasing a home in Lewisport, located in the floodplain of the Ohio River in Hancock County, the homeowners were prepared to deal with flooding, damp conditions, or a wet crawlspace. They were completed unprepared for a foundation problem. When they noticed that there was cracking around the windows and doors on the southeast side of the house, they thought it was probably cosmetic. "Shortly after that, I saw the cracks in the brick exterior and I realized the door out of the garage wasn't opening anymore, I panicked." said the homeowner. Only one elevation of the home was settling, so the project would be quick and easy to complete. The Healthy Spaces team would install 6 push piers along the southeast side of the home and hydraulically lift the home back to level condition.

After the repair was completed, the homeowner was thrilled to see that all the windows and doors functioned properly and the home was stabilized permanently.
