Flooding Basement in Henderson, KY Repaired

Here, you can see the standing water along the perimeter of this Henderson, KY basement.

Here, the crew is digging the new floor drain.

Here, the CleanSpace Wall System has been installed. This will drain water down the walls into the Waterguard system without impacting the humidity of the basement interior negatively.

You can see the gray Waterguard drainage system in the trench. The system sits above the dirt, so it does not clog.

The Waterguard will be cemented in place and will be virtually invisible to the naked eye!

Here is a close up of the Triple Safe Sump Pump being connected to the Waterguard system. You can see the WaterWatch Alarm and the floor drain in the lid of the sump pump, both will prevent basement flooding.

In this picture, you can see how the wet basement floor is already beginning to dry out as the water is being directed into the Waterguard system.

The black tool-box looking device to the left of the sump pump is the battery back up, which will keep the pump functioning even if the power goes out!

The floor drain is now complete and has been directed to the new system.

The team is now completing the discharge lines. Note how they have stacked the soil and sod on plastic to keep the yard clean and make returning the yard to great condition a snap!

You can see the IceGuards coming off of the house in this picture. This will prevent the discharge lines from freezing.

The discharge lines have been placed far out in the yard to prevent any water pumped out from leaking back into the basement.
