Out With The Old
The problem these homeowners faced was occurring throughout her entire basement. This made the situation even more stressful for her and spurred her to take action. They were tired of water finding a place in their basement.
No Hassle Windows
These EverLast windows won't ever rot, rust, or need paint. Their double pane glass and good weather stripping provide warmth and comfort, even during cooler months. The slide openings of these windows allow you to easily clean the outside of the windows.
The Perfect Wall Solution
The BrightWall is added to this basement to lighten up the space. BrightWall is a rigid plastic wall covering that's attached to your basement walls with fasteners. It's waterproof and inorganic, which means it isn't going to get waterlogged and harbor mold like some wall coverings do
No More Water Intrusion
For the WaterGuard installation process to begin, the concrete near the perimeter walls was removed. Once the concrete was removed, the WaterGuard drain could be set into place. Drainage stone was then laid around the WaterGuard, this increases the effectiveness of the system and allows for maximum water drainage.
A Secondary Escape
The IceGuard Discharge Line System is a fitting that is placed over the top of your discharge line in the event that water needs a secondary escape route. This is good for the frigid winter months in colder climates.
