This older home in Richland, IN had a myriad of water intrusion problems and posed many challenges for the installation crew at Healthy Spaces.
As many older homes in the area, additions were built throughout the years and only part of the home stood on the original foundation.
As a result, the home had a dirt floored crawl space, a brick walled cellar and a concrete basement, all of which leaking. Water from one area was leaking into another through shared walls and other openings.
The solution included treating each area a little different in order to waterproof the entire foundation.
A combination of crawl space drainage and encapsulation, WaterGuard drainage system and a TripleSafe sump pump system was used to achieve the results expected.
