Mold on Outdoor Porch Ceiling in Evansville, IN

In Evansville, IN a couple noticed mold growing on the ceiling of their porch. It was a screened-in porch that sat on a crawl space. For this to start, there needs to be moisture and humidity. When mold finds the right combination of temperature, food source, and moisture, they grow. As mold grows, it reproduces more airborne seeds to grow more mold. These seeds are like tiny parachutes that float through the air. The couple was ready to begin the mold remediation before it fully covered the ceiling. 

A fungus wipe-down was required to remove the mold. All surfaces affected by the mold are scrubbed off with a brush and then sprayed for protection.
