Wet Crawl Space in Lewisport, KY

Challenge

Veronica T. of Lewisport, KY wanted to protect her crawl space from further water damage and mold. She had owned her home for about a year and every time it would rain heavily, there would be standing water in her crawl space. She knew this couldn't be good for her home, so she gave Healthy Spaces a call.

Solution

She met with System Design Specialist, Auston Bruder, from Healthy Spaces. Auston inspected the home and designed the best, long-lasting solution for her crawlspace problems. First, the mold would need to be remediated with the help of our mold crew. Then, a CleanSpace barrier, TripleSafe sump pump, and SaniDry Dehumidifier would need to be installed.

A few positives about CleanSpace is it controls mold & rot, save money on utilities, and keeps pests and insects out. The SaniDry Sedona offers giant performance in a small package. This specially designed crawl space sump pump come with an air tight lid so moisture vapor cannot escape and get back into the crawl space. The red seal around the vertical sump pump discharge line make the lid air tight too.
