Leitchfield, KY Crawlspace Repair

Challenge

This crawlspace in Leitchfield, KY was experiencing groundwater intrusion based flooding.  The homeowners were tired of the musty, muddy smell that filled their home and with constantly having to repair and replace their furnace components, due to the flooding.  They decided to contact Healthy Spaces for a crawlspace evaluation in order to permanently isolate their crawlspace from the surrounding dirt and create a healthy environment in their home. 

Solution

Damon came out to their Leitchfield home and completed a thorough evaluation.  He shared his findings with the homeowners that the best way to keep their home healthy and their ctrawlspace from being a source of pain and anguish was to use the  CleanSpace crawlspace encapsulation system with drainage system, SuperSump sump pump system with WaterWatch alarm.  In addition, the homeowners elected to install a Turtl crawlspace entry door.
