Crawl Door Replacement

Challenge

Our client called us out to look at a wet crawlspace. After investigating the problem we found out that they had a very high humidity problem due to open vents and water pouring in from the crawl space well due to a natural slope to the home instead of away from the home. We needed to seal off the crawl space by adding Cleanspace and add a well and an air tight crawl door to keep moisture out.

Solution

By adding Cleanspace, closing vents, adding a well and creating an air tight door we helped lowered the humidity levels in the crawl from 89% to 51% in less than a week. This also helped lower the cooling cost of her home by 15% over the next three months.
