This Philpot, KY home had a pool under their home- not a cool one either. Over time, water had leaked into the crawl space and pooled, creating high moisture and mold everywhere, even with a vapor barrier. System Design Specialist, Mike McAtee, went to Tammy's home to do a thorough inspection. He then sat down with Tammy and they went over plans and recommendations and agreed on them before the work was started. First, they would have to remove all of the debris and standing water that was in the crawlspace before any work could begin. From there, the whole crawl space was remediated of mold so the environment above, and below, could be healthy.
