Water Leaking into the Basement, IN Evansville, IN

A prospect in Evansville, Indiana, contacted Healthy Spaces regarding his basement. The commercial property had a basement that had severe leaking alongside the walls. The floor above had sagging floors, that needed to be held up. The owner was interested in waterproofing and repairing the foundation. 

To collect any water that would enter the basement, the WaterGuard System was installed alongside the walls. This system has a built-in 3/8-inch gap between the floor and the wall to drain wall leaks. It will carry the water toward the sump pump. Lastly, the sagging floor was held up using the SmartJack system. Heavy-duty SmartJacks addresses weak foundation soils, or the effects changing moisture conditions can have on these soils.
