Foundation Repair - Geolock Wall Anchors Installed in Petersburg, IN Home

The homeowners for this ranch style home had been considering finishing the basement for several years to increase their usable living space.  Two years ago, they had Healthy Spaces out to install a Waterguard basement waterproofing system in the basement.  They contacted the Healthy Spaces offices again because they noticed the southern wall in the basement seemed to be bulging.  Damon from Healthy Spaces came out to their home and determined that the southern wall was bowing due to expansive soils pressing against it.  The basement is a block wall construction and the bulging was detected prior to any shearing off of blocks, which makes the repair far quicker and easier.
