Mount Vernon, IN is prone to basement flooding and this home was no different.  The homeowners had struggled with groundwater seeping up from the seam between the wall and the floor.  After meeting with a representative from Healthy Spaces, they elected to install a sump pump and DryTrak. There was also a crack across the floor that needed to be filled in with epoxy.
