In Evansville, IN, the homeowner needed an updated and tightly sealed access door. Many crawl spaces have access wells from the outside. Some access doors are made of plywood, which is not recommended because since it is close to the ground, it will rot. This homeowner in Evansville, IN, kept experiencing water in their home every time it would rain.
