This piping system collects water at the perimeter of your basement and safely drains it into an unseen sump pump.

Our GeoLock Wall Anchors will permanently stabilize their foundation walls by installing earth anchors that are embedded in stable, undisturbed soil outside your foundation wall. Each anchor is connected by a steel rod to a wall plate that provides pressure against the foundation wall, preventing it from further damage. Over time you can tighten them, allowing you the potential to straighten the wall back to its original position. Our client now has peace of mind that their foundation is safe, and their important items are saved from any future rainfall.
