This is a home that is going to be sold. We had renters in the property when the leak appeared.  We live out of state and made a day trip with no appointments set up beforehand.  I called several companies, and having not lived in Indiana for over 20 years, finding a reputable contractor was going to be a shot in the dark.  Most companies were going to be several days before they could send anyone out for estimate. The two that did come out seemed to have a "one price fits all" around $6000. I contacted Healthy Spaces, and while I was waiting for a call from a rep, I accessed Angie's List where I noticed that Healthy Spaces was highly rated.  Long story short, Scott Thompson worked us into his schedule and came out that day. Scott was the only contractor who took actual measurements and entered numbers into the computer and came up a price based on the work required.  I actually asked for more work to be done than Scott recommended.  Healthy Spaces did an excellent job. The services provided were high quality and exactly as promised.  A+++

They were very professional. They came in and looked at the situation and gave us a quote. That's the only people I called. The quote was a little more than what I wanted to pay, but I don't know because we didn't see what else was out there. At that time, we didn't take the services because it was a little more than we were expecting. They were prompt and I would give them a good rating.

Healthy Spaces installed a Zoeller sump pump, called a SuperSump in my basement.  They also put in a drain channel at base of walls, which will move my leaking wall moisture into the sump.  Leaking walls have been a problem since I moved in and today was the first time in a long time that I even thought about the moisture.  I went downstairs and everything is just fine. On installation, there was minimal mess. It Took less than one day and haven't had to think about it since.  Good clean up, too!

We initially had two companies give estimates on our crawlspace and basement.  Damon spent 2.5 hours assessing our needs and working through our questions.  We felt that he had an accurate read on what was going on and how to fix it.  The competitor spent 20 minutes with us and the estimate was higher and not as thorough in our opinion.  The work was completed in less than a week and the crew did everything that they could to minimize the mess and dust.  The whole basement feels and smells better.  We're very happy!  No more flooding!

We had Healthy Spaces come out and waterproof our basement. They did a great job and were very professional. It is so nice to have a dry & clean basement. I feel much better that there isn't a risk for harmful mold infecting our family.

We had a waterproofing system installed at our home in April.  The basement was wet and smelly, but we wanted to create an additional space for family movie nights.  I wasn't really sure that we'd even be able to finish it because it was so constantly wet.  My wife found Healthy Spaces through one of her friends at church and we had Donnie out to check out our basement about a week later.  He took the time to walk us through our options and we found a solution that worked with out budget.   The crew came out and walked us through the repair timeline.  They were great about the whole project and they left the basement cleaned up and able for us to run laundry nightly.  Thanks for everything, guys, our basement has been dry and fresh!  The waterguard system is great!

I just wanted to check in and give you all a basement update. Normally after a rainstorm like we had this morning, our basement would be a soggy mess. I'm happy to report that today our basement is completely dry! Thanks so much to Greg, Daniel, Jarod and Zack for their great work! We are looking forward to being able to use our basement for something other than a storage space.

We used healthy spaces to install our waterproofing in the basement a year ago. They have been on top of it to get us on the schedule for maintenance, any questions or issues we may have they come out and answer for us quickly. Their workers and the office staff are so friendly and they like to get to know their clients. We would recommend them to anyone!"

Asked for opinion regarding wet basement. Donnie pointed out the problem was probably a gutter issue and could be more easily and cheaply addressed by correcting a gutter/downspout problem. This suggests to me the company is not out to rip people off and will offer a corrective action even if the company does not make any money on the job.Very professional and if I ever their services I'm sure I'll call them.   Excellent

Waterproofed and encapsulated (vapor barrier) our entire basement. Installed a sump pump.  It went very well. They explained everything up front, no hidden or extra charges. Everyone from salesman to installers were helpful, friendly, and courteous. They did a great job and cleaned up after themselves everyday. They project was completely on schedule. They even came out a couple of times afterwards to fix some stuff that they didn't actually have to but they wanted to make sure I was fully satisfied with the job. I had even ordered something I changed my mind about at the last minute and it was no problem cancelling that item. If we buy a house in the future that has a basement that hasn't been waterproofed we will for sure go with this company.

Damon, the Design Specialist, was very polite and professional and did a great job of explaining the job to me. Although I did not understand everything, he went above and beyond to help me and it was much better than the other estimates that I had received. I am so glad Healthy Spaces helped me!

We would definitely hire Healthy Spaces again!   We had a very wet basement in a 1950's home.  The Healthy Spaces installation stopped all leaks. They concreted the floor level as we requested. One year later, we discovered a cracked drain line. They came immediately and repaired to our satisfaction. We've had no leaks with 2-3 inch rainfalls. We have since retiled the floor and can use basement again. 

Just wanting to give a big Thank You, to Greg, Daniel, and Chris. They did our basement work  on August 6th and 7th. They did a very good job!! They knew what they were doing with the job, very conscious of not making a mess  and not getting our carpet dirty.  They did not laze around!!!They were very mannerly and respectful to my family. Younger people now a days are not always as kind as these young men were!!! We just wanted to make you aware of these young men, and not only their work for Healthy Spaces, but also for the respectful and kind manner in which these employees treated us.
