Asked for opinion regarding wet basement. Donnie pointed out the problem was probably a gutter issue and could be more easily and cheaply addressed by correcting a gutter/downspout problem. This suggests to me the company is not out to rip people off and will offer a corrective action even if the company does not make any money on the job.Very professional and if I ever their services I'm sure I'll call them.
