Upon initial arrival the crew immediately started to prepare the flooring to the basement and basement steps so not to track anything on the carpet.  Greg and I reviewed the project while my subcontractors moved the Furnace and Hot Water Heater.  The crew worked diligently to make sure that the system was installed in a timely manner.  Greg was helpful in discussing the progress each time I would stop in and when I had questions, I was not just brushed off.  Greg was also helpful in discussing other matters.  I believe Greg and his crew went above and beyond when addressing my concerns.
